Terms of Service

1. Use of Service
Hospio provides a hospitality TV application and related web services (“Service”) for hotels and other hospitality providers. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. You must use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and refrain from misuse, reverse engineering, and unauthorized access.
2. Accounts and Access
Certain features require an administrator account. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for actions under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Subscriptions and Fees
We may offer subscription plans, one-time licenses, and setup services. Pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are shown at purchase. We may update pricing with prior notice for future terms.
4. Content and Intellectual Property
The Service, software, UI, and all related materials are owned by Hospio or its licensors and are protected by IP laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent. You retain rights to your uploaded content; you grant Hospio a limited license to host and display it to operate the Service.
5. Availability and Support
We strive for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance windows or third-party outages may occur. Support scope depends on the selected plan.
6. Data Protection
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we handle information.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hospio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. You may stop using the Service at any time; paid terms are governed by the plan’s cancellation policy.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of your contracting entity’s jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and update the Effective Date.
